A few weeks ago, there was an article in the "news" when the new season of Anola Holmes came out.

The article was an interview with Millie Bobby Brown. Within the interview, she discussed how Henry Cavill was more distant to her compared to her Stranger Things casemates.

She would ask him questions about his personal life and he would push back that his personal life was none of her business.

As the interview went on, she admitted that she felt that was refreshing. She saw Cavill as an adult that believes in boundaries with his coworkers. She pondered if that was actually how a positive work "relationship" should be like.

She mentioned that her workmates at Stranger Things are like a family. But, is that always the most healthy option?

More like Cavill is a man who didn’t want to have an adult relationship with a child like Drake wanted to.

According to the horde of angrys on twitter this has nothing to do with the Snyder stuff. I'd say 97% of people slamming James Gunn aren't even mentioning it.

Except that they are. They might not be mentioning Snyder but most of them are Snyder cultist who’re pissed that someone else from Marvel is coming over to run DC, and that whatever remainder of Snyder’s legacy like Cavill’s casting is being overturned.

Most #firejamesgunn tags are accompanied by #restorethesnyderverse. Those guys are obsessed as shit.

aaaaaahhh hold on.... I sifted through hundreds of tweets yesterday afternoon and I didn't see anything you are mentioning. But.... OK

Watched BlackAdam today. So bad. So bad in fact that, coupled with Johnson's behaviors behind the scenes I think this is going to hurt his career.

I didn't think it was THAT bad. When a movie is truly bad I don't even finish it. I finished black adam, so that alone says its not terrible, even if its sub par by superhero movie standards

You can't be aquaman and Lobo at the same time
You can if they just stop making those garbage Aquaman movies.

Chris Evans was human torch and Captain America. They just decided to stop making fantastic four movies and pretend they never existed.

Last aquaman made a billion. A new one is coming out next year I think.

I don't think you sifted anything. Here lemme do it for you.

I literally typed "firejamesgunn" into Twitter search and these are the top few search results.

LMAO trying to paint him as sexist for ignoring the shitty writers and directors who ruined his dream job
"Every department head was complaining. He started making comments—it wasn’t a sexual thing, he wasn’t grabbing anyone or being lewd, but it was disrespectful and toxic all the same."

lol. This is the definition of misogyny these days?

'He is deeply addicted to video games, to the point where it was like working with any other addict. He was distracted, he was late, he was obsessive, and a lot of people think the misogyny came from the gamer world. Video game bro language is not how you talk to coworkers, and he wouldn’t stop. Someone on the show compared it to watching someone get brainwashed by QAnon, like his whole personality shifted. Eventually, his disrespect escalated."

So this huge video game nerd actor, who got hired to his fucking favorite video game/novel as a dream job is not happy these dumb directors are deviating on a galactic level from source material and is fighting to keep the spirit of Witcher alive? And they are portraying this as Misogynistic because...... he should just shut up and listen because he is a man and they are women?

This last part made me howl laughing.
'He would rewrite scenes without even alerting the other actors in the scenes until it was time to shoot. He decided that he didn’t want any romantic scenes at all—no kissing scenes, no shirtless scenes, et cetera."

So the female directors are pissed this man is not doing the shirtless scenes they absolutely want him to be eye Candy in?

We have reached bizarroworld.

Not exactly quite true/same…

Fantastic Four (and sequel + reboot) was filmed under 20th Century Fox. Evans just basically quit his role as Johnny Storm and started working for a different Production company (Marvel Studios).

Marvel didn’t have to pretend those Fantastic Four never existed because those movies were never part of the MCU to begin with. Marvel eventually bought Fox in 2019 and the only Fox version character they are reusing is Ryan Reynolds’s Deadpool and whoever else in his world they want to recycle (so far).

shame on Netflix for this pr stunt Just because he’ll work with Amazon. How come no one said anything before he quit. That warhammer show will probably suck too based on LOTR tv show. Lol at 2 woke companies going at it.
