I saw the update for this story. The owner is some shitty drug dealer(might be made up). It's not the first time his dog bit someone. He isn't getting in trouble for the dog biting people but he pulled someone's hair so they filed a police report on him. The area is also white collar rich so the people grouped up to sue him or something.

I CBB finding the link again but the dog involved in the attack has mauled multiple small dogs before, including one or two that were killed. People think the owner may be doing it on purpose, ruining people's day by killing their small dogs for fun. Since dogs are considered property he gets off with no charges apparently. If you go into a McDonalds and destroy their ice cream machine with a hammer, you get charges. If your ice cream machine robot goes into a McDonalds and destroys their ice cream machine is it then OK because it's, like, property on property violence and no one's responsible

it is time for these dogs to go but its not sad or cruel. you just neuter them all and let them live out their lives. its not even a big deal.

next we need to force training on people who own dogs that are extra dangerous and severe fines for owners whose dogs hurt others.

He is but it’s not a criminal offense for a dog to attack another dog. It becomes a civil matter. The police can’t arrest him for that. They can arrest him for pulling someone’s hair

He is either a criminal or mentally ill person with a dog. I am not sure but his dog did attack multiple dogs in the area. One died when it got bit in the head. It’s gnarly to see the bite mark that pierces the skull.
