What leads you to believe that an incoming regime would be better?

History has been quite clear that overthrowing regimes in the Middle East, under the guise of giving a shit about it's populace, has been a complete and total failure.

If we were to use morality as reasoning to topple regimes, then surely Netanyahu's regime in Israel which is conducting a genocide within it's borders would be on that list.

There is no need to debate it with someone delusional that is obsessed and angry, they will see it their own way no matter what. That's the point of delusions- you believe them no matter what- so why would I be foolish enough to argue?

A full blown regional conflict has the potential to disrupt international trade and become a world war. Of all the conflicts going on right now, this one is the most worrisome.

What I will say is that there were some who thought it looked the way you are saying, but given they weren't inside the Israeli ship, that is just an appearance, and they are merely speculating. Friendly fire incidents happen all of the time in the military. Everyone will believe what they want to believe. There isn't much to debate other than that.
