They have repeatedly refused to accept any kind of U.N. inspection or sanction for their nuclear arms program.
Everyone else on Earth either signs the nuclear non proliferation treaty or is ratified as a clear armed state by that treaty. Israel joins North Korea with their illegal nuclear armaments.
The U.S. signed and ratified the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968.
The NPT recognizes five countries as legitimate nuclear-weapon states:
United States
Russia
China
United Kingdom
France
Israel developed its bomb by stealing technology from the USA, which is illegal under international law. It is even illegal to transfer nuclear weapons tech secrets, so to steal it is most definitely illegal.

Did Israel steal bomb-grade uranium from the United States?
Newly released documents on the NUMEC affair add significantly to evidence that Israel stole highly enriched uranium from a US nuclear fuel-processing plant in the 1960s. President Obama should declassify the entire record on the theft.thebulletin.org

Israel and North Korea have never signed that pact and are under no obligation to it. As much as I would love for no one to have nukes, it isn't exactly fair for those with them to tell others that they can't have them.
