Isn't it crazy that John Kavanagh was the first black belt in bjj in Ireland?

I mean the dude isn't old, he's just 40 years old, and bjj isn't that obscure a discipline, nobody gave a fuck about bjj in Ireland it seems.

And who is he a black belt from? anyone knows? that matters... a lot

John is ok trainer for amateurs but in this level where is animals like Khabib and Tony Conor should find someone ho will prepare him condition better and have authority to told him to stop living unhealthy life drinking and doing all stupid shit he was doing in 2017

That's not that impressive. Take Edmond Tarverdyan for example. The guy was training Honda Rousey in his late 20s in MMA with barely any legitimate experience.

Irish edmund is a legit black belt but he's not the most amazing coach of bjj europe has coughRogerGraciecough and i highly doubt his skills as a teacher thanks to McG getting sub by Nate among other stuff.

Some of the best BJJ players in the world are a stone's throw away in England like Roger Gracie (undisputed BJJ GOAT) and Braulio Estima (2*ADCC gold , 3*world championship gold), Conor would be wise to move his grappling training around a bit, no disrespect to John kavanagh

He may be legit, but he won't save McDuck from being smothered by Khabib.

Conors not that bad on the ground, by all means it is his weakness, but dude fought off roided out mendes and KOed him, didnt let Diaz hold him down in the second fight and was only taken down once, and i think it was a trip...(dont quote me on that) He is no where near a black belt in BJJ or good at wrestling, but damn people make it seem as soon as he goes down its over.
