Khabib walked right through all of Gaethje’s hardest punches and kicks without batting an eye, he did that with a broken toe and having a case of the mumps in training camp that sidelined him for weeks, this was also only 3 months after his father’s death. Despite all that he made Gaethje look like a chump. Hard to say Khabib doesn’t have dog in him.

I meant that Islam will keep the fight standing for a brawl. Khabib wouldn't do that, which does show that his striking was coming along nicely with the way he did walk down Gaethje.

that's 100% wrong. Khabib just never had to show his inner resilience dog, he was just too brutal and too good. But he has the dog in him, Javier and a few guys mentioned a few times when Khabib got really pissed what he'd do. His iron will pretty much tells you that he has a mad dog sitting in there ready to be unleashed if needed.
