Media Islam Makhachev visits a school for special needs

When it’s all said and done, will Islam leave the sport with a greater legacy than Khabib?

Anyone can be a Muslim just like they can be Christian or Catholic, Dagestani people ended up being Muslim through Islamic conquest. Other than that they’re just like any other group of White Europeans, hardly distinguishable from other European ethnic groups like Serbs, Croats or Bosniaks. You can pretty much get a European native from any country in Europe, give them a chinstrap and they’d pretty much fit right in.
well yeah but my point is that i didnt go to school with a bunch of eastern euros and they tend to look different than western euros or people descended from them. its just neat seeing the similarities across humanity.

its so crazy; he's from Dagestan and is Muslim but he looks like half of the dudes who i went to school with in Long Island NY. most of those guys had Italian, Greek, Jewish, German or Irish ancestry.
maybe nature just cycles through a large set of pre-made faces.

Muslim is not a race, there are blonde hair blue eye Muslims fyi.

I think putting that poll under the headline "Islam visits a special needs hospital" is an attempt to skew the voting a bit lol

quite possibly

I have a 9 year old son with autism (non verbal) and severe global development delay. The greatest son in the world

He is what you people would call "a retard", but I never take offence with the word, I use it myself sometimes and not so literal

Great video, Islam is the man!

Damn, didn't know he visited the Diaz Academy.

He could make a similar trip to SD and it would be virtually identical. GoldySmile.gif

Dispraxia?

Had to Google it
No, his fine motor skills are not perfect, but they aren't bad

He is just years behind where he should be in some ways, but is smart in others. Difficult to explain

He's not like a 9 year old, more like a 3 or 4 year old, but much more advanced and non verbal

Ahh interesting. I was a developmental service worker for like 15 years. Dispraxia was a weird one. Knew two people with autism, but were fully verbal. Both woke up one day, around the age of 5, and never spoke ever again.
All the best to you and your son.
