Islam has surpassed Jones

If Islam takes out 3-4 ww contenders plus Ilia or Khamzat without any losses in the process, then I'm comfortable giving him that label due to lack of * plus strength of schedule. But I have a feeling he's going to look for the path of protecting his record from here on out and that's not going to cut it, time will tell.

Islam is about to pass Silva's winstreak record. One that Jon does not hold.

Jon's tainted streak, which people fictitiously cite Jon as being undefeated is the reason why people cling to his status but we all know that's a fugazi.

Either Jon lost to Reyes unofficially (rd 1,2.3) even cemented by Dana who agreed,

Or Jon OFFICIALLY NC'ed against DC for his roid abuse,

and OFFICALLY lost to Hamill.

So Jon, you see, both has official and unofficial losses and NC's.

Choose your poison.

This roiding cheat beat up tiny Brazilians and ducked lineal HW champs like Francis and Tom while cherry picking stylistically favorable double champ fights doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as Islam outright dominating a legit prime lineal champion in a higher weight class on an 18 fight win streak.

And Islam has just begun.

<{yearp}>
needs a few more wins before we can say that

People here care too much about title defenses.
Seriously, some are obsessed with it.

You spend a lot of time thinking about other dudes dicks?

Might wanna flip that Q to a G... just sayin.

The fact that the mention, in jest, of "micro-pps" makes you immediately jump (read: project) to "spend[ing] a lot of time thinking about other dudes dicks" is revealing. . . . on top of your additional homosexual thoughts about my name. Nice self-burn bro.

Jones didn't lose to Reyes, no matter how much you hate him TS.

And his undefeated streak was, starting from his loss to Hamill, of 19 fights (not counting the overturned win against DC since it's not legit).
So Islam has not passed that record yet. And if he does, specially remaining at WW, it will be very impressive and Islam will have, by far, the most accomplished double champ career.

But than go to "beating up tiny brazilians" like Jones has some weak record, is just you hating for whatever reason and clearly demonstrating that you made a thread just to hate since no opinion in here is gonna have any impact on your thoughts.

Control yoursel.

Well, it’s the only objective metric that we have to rack and stack our champions.

It’s also the hardest thing to do in this sport. Keep spot atop the mountain and keep beating #1 contenders over an extended period of time.

What would you prefer? Highly debatable and subjective things like quality of competition, dominance, or “never been scratch never bleed”?
