By the time she gets into office, assuming she wins, Assad would have secure his position. Russia is not going to obey any no fly zone imposed and will shut down any proposal of such at UN. Unless Hillary is going to do it unilaterally, there is almost no chance of this happening.

Candidates talk tough during election, but in general soften and retract after coming to power.

Yep seems al-aqsa is pro isis (very against the campaign to wipe isis out) and has been co ordinaring with them for targeted assasination of fsa and ahrar personel
Literaly every other group has said they will back al sham over this
