Is Vince Vaughn supposed to be funny?

He is in a lot of comedies, but I don't see what he does on screen as "funny". He stutters and talks a lot, and he talks really fast with a serious face, but aside from that, what does he do that's humorous? I'm I missing something?

He's actually just a normal actor that found himself in a couple of popular comedy films and now it's probably the only work he can get. Kind of like Michael Richards was an actor and then found himself getting booed at the Laugh Factory because he was in a popular sitcom and he had to try to make a career out of comedy after Seinfeld.

I find him funny personally. I loved Old School, Wedding Crashers, and Dodgeball. He's not a stand up comedian or anything, but he has made some really good comedies in the past and has a lot of charisma. Also he carried Swingers.

I enjoy his work: Wedding Crashers, Dodgeball, Old School... I even thought The Internship was okay; super unoriginal and trite, but still okay.
