UFC was going to make the fight but Woodley had a snoozfest in his tittle defense so Dana gave the fight to Bisping.

Yeah early-mid 4th round he had a flurry but rewatching it most shots hit arms or grazed.
A couple of hard punches across 25 minutes isn't much to quit on for a professional fighter at the highest levels.

If Woodley comes in with his passive, fight not to lose approach then it is hopeless. I think he can absolutely beat Usman. Hell, I thought on paper that Usman was tailor-made for him to KTFO. But he has to be aggressive and press his advantages on the feet instead of getting backed up and grapple fucked.
