Is there any case to rank Khabib over Islam anymore?

Islam broke the title defense record for UFC LWs (Khabib was in a 3-way tie with BJ and Benson). He moved up and dominated the WW champ, becoming the first LW in over 20 years to move up and capture the WW title (last was BJ Penn). His resume is deeper with a much wider variety of opponent styles and talent fought.

They have 2 common opponents, Tibau and Dustin. Khabib dominated Dustin more thoroughly, but both found the sub, Meanwhile, Islam KO'd Tibau, while Khabib went to a very controversial decision many thought he lost (even commentary was shocked, Khabib was in tears despite "winning" and there were boos from the crowd too - almost all media outlets had it for Tibau).

I think Khabib would beat Islam(I think they even confirm this when they practice) but Khabib's resume is just not there.

Body of work is what counts, not hypotheticals and Islam's is objectively better in every metric.
