Is Steven Seagal legit?

" Koichi Tohei Sensei's first visits to Hawaii in the 1950's when Judo players challenged him and lost. This was far from friendly sparring matches. One occasion he was asked to take 4 Judo players at one time in front of an audience and wiped the floor with them. There was even video. This was a reason why many of the early aikido students in Hawaii had previously been Judo players."

He taught Machida how to UFC so all of your arguments against are moot

The doofus defending Aikido is simply trying to justify the thousands of dollars he spent after being duped.

Amazing, Where's the video? Did it get destroyed by his mortal enemies trying to safeguard their reputation? Haaaaiya!

How many more videos do we need of "Grand Masters" in various non striking arts getting run over by mediocre MMA fighters?

Erm....that's the best you've got? Where's the video we asked for.

How do you become legit at convincing people to do a front flip and flap on the floor like a fish every time you touch their wrist? I'd like to be able to do that.

Well you could always go to a legit aikido gym and find out?

You never know till you try/experience it

No troll, my five year old daughter walked by the computer as I was watching this and said, quote, "Are they fighting?......oh, they're dancing".

My kid has a better grasp of it than you do.

Tried pretty much every TMA when i was younger. My first MMA coach was an ex aikido fighter who laughed at his old moves when he showed us them.

You don't know shit. He's a 7 dan black belt in aikido and has blackbelts in karate, judo, and kendo.

Yeah he's old and fat now but he's a legit badass that would wreck most ufc guys in his prime.
Nobody with a Aikido background ever won a UFC belt in any weight class, any gender...ever. Let that sink in.
