Is Steven Seagal legit?

He used to be a legit martial artist, then he reached Norwood III, got hairplugs, gained 250 lbs and became a joke.

That whole video seems to have been misunderstood. What they were laughing about is that Seagal's movements seemed silly but hurt like hell.

100% legit and would fuck up 100% of the sherdoggers, including me.

Man I felt bad for the dude.... probably worse than he felt for himself by the look on his face. He didn't seem too upset that he's wasted 13 years of his life.

He is totally uncordinated. No stand-up martial art can save him from that.

But easier to blame the art than yourself, I guess.

Joe afraid to get his ass handed to him?

He completely blasted him in previous podcasts, that an NCAA wrestler would wreck him.

Shertards can bitch about him but great martial artists (including UFC champs) seriously respect his skill.

Sherdoggers should learn to appreciate that he is also a mster of masters at trolling.

He trolls you guys bad.

Plus he's legit.

Jokes on you Shertards twice over.

He's not legit. He had to marry into the Fujitani family to get his rank and dojo.

He talks about how he could wreck and kill any UFC fighter. He even trained Anderson and Machida. So is this guy and his aikido skills for real, can he do what he claims he can do or is it bs

Seagal is definitely a legit martial artist especially in his youth...he ran/ co managed a dojo in japan , something a westerner just couldnt do at that time...unless really skilled or respected he was the first IIRC

But later in life he just played up his image to portions not so believable or was more for show then go

Not much different then Rickson Gracie..

But i would say Rickson is more legit cuz of video proof...

How do you become legit at convincing people to do a front flip and flap on the floor like a fish every time you touch their wrist? I'd like to be able to do that.

Try it. IF he gets a hold of your wrist, you have to go along. The argument is that he wont reach it, but if he does, it either breaks or you follow

Aikido is a waste of time for anybody wanting to pursue MMA.

As its own "art", it's pretty interesting but nothing more than techniques adopted from other ones (ie judo).

Seagal would certainly wreck any Tai Chi practitioner.......

Why do people always use MMA as if everybody wants to compete in that?
