Pretty sure @Limbo Pete is the only War Room mod that identifies as liberal.

@Madmick is a conservative, just not a Trump conservative

@Lead is a conservative, just not a Trump conservative

Is @computer fogie a WR mod now? If so, then that is another liberal (I think, not familiar with his posting overly much).

So that puts 2-2 for right vs. left.

There just are no Trump/Breitbart/Nationalist mods here, so for some of our more extreme posters, they view everyone as being left. Kind of like Shaq views most people as short.

It's completely irrelevant how they think about themselves or self-identify.
It's one of the weirdest trends that people constantly pretend to subscribe to a certain political movement or philosophy while they clearly don't share any positions/beliefs with that group.
Then they place a 'real' in front of their self-assigned titles and simply claim that people who clearly belong to that group actually don't.
Also, you forgot Ruprecht.

I have like 20 guys on ignore, 10 of which are trolls. I'll name a handful- zebby, thechoice, obama, el anciano, paulkrugman, sometimesyounowin, rational poster...

To be fair, some of these guys could actually be right wing and just post like idiots for fun. I know at least 3 posters who have two accounts, so anything is possible.

That El Aciano guy made a thread in the berry asking if he can turn his dog into a vegetarian because he feels guilty since he himself is a vegetarian but his dog still eats meat!

Obama no longer posts or probably banned.

I would hope that the day never comes when people are not outraged by young children being brain-washed into radical LGBT ideologies by their parents, and enabled by the institutions to ruin their young life before it hardly even began.
Right but do we need to mention every non-story related to the topic? You can if you're interested in being outraged which I assume the OP of that thread was.
They do not need to be part of Civil War history, to be part of history. If they represent the Jim Crow era, more so than the Civil War, good.

The fact that they are embarrassed by them is precisely why the statues should stay. The Jim Crow era is no less important than the Civil War era. Just less glorious.
I really don't get what your argument here is. Just seems like you're saying that since they've been there a while they should just stay indefinitely despite their morally reprehensible history and despite the wishes of the inhabitants of the city. Doesn't really make sense to me, especially given all the attention paid to it when there really is a concerted effort to rewrite the history of the Civil War and Jim Crow through textbooks by local school boards.

Is there a reason @LostSoul should be able to spam 5 straight Ben Garrison cartoons in posts 26-31 that are in no way on topic in this thread?

I swear, some people lack the cognitive ability or impulse control to understand what "staying on topic" means, then thet get mad at mods when they do their job-- part of which is to keep conversations from being overtly derailed.

Go run and tell your Internet mommy that I was a bad boy.

Anciano is actually funny, he's the best troll in here, but people would get into arguments with him and quote him as if he's serious, and it was painful to watch. Since I can't block every gullible person who feeds the trolls, blocking trolls is the best alternative.

HomerThompson liked this.

You're retarded if you actually believe this.

<18><18><18><18>

You're literally too dumb to insult.

Shut the fuck up.

@lecter -

"Oh no, I don't like when people use their own style to call other posters and their ideas moronic."
Use their own style = randomly spamming GIFs in 90% of your posts

You'll soon be able to compete with silius_200 or whatever his/her name is for the 'most bot-like poster' title

Is Sherfront more inclined to the left or to the right? Is that a serious question?

Speaking of whom, did his developer shut down his server? Haven't seen him spam the war room for a while now.

It's a non-story from your perspective. But most people are not willing to stand for the educational system enabling radical ideologies to influence 5-year old children and their development into adults.

I really don't get what your argument here is. I do not see how monuments put up in the Jim Crow era, differ from monuments put up in the Civil War era. Is it inconvenient for the city to keep displaying these monuments in public? Sure, that's precisely why they should continue to be displayed.

It is not up to the later generations to decide what is a convenient part of history that ought to be kept, and what is not. What happened is what happened.

We can feed into people's emotional fragility regarding historical subjects, and continue the removal of monuments that offend their delicate sensibilities, and see where it is going to get us, at the end of the day. Were these monuments put up as an attempt to re-write history? Perhaps they were, but I do not see any sense in reacting to this by attempting re-write history again.

The period when Southern people believed in the "Lost Cause" is now also a part of America's historical legacy.

I don't think there is a conspiracy either. I think each individual mod is so biased, power hungry, and fanatical that they take it upon themselves to fling shit at those they don't like in the form of censorship. There's also a trolling element to it all.
Mods are DERP STATE!
Go run and tell your Internet mommy that I was a bad boy.

I reported you for spamming irrelevant shit.

And your posts got deleted.

Not because the mods are Chairman Mao...

Because you were spamming irrelevant shit.

See how that works?

Aren't you so proud of yourself? You didn't have the motivation to go out and set fire to a statue or burn a book so you did the next best thing. You were such a big and brave man. You got some forum posts deleted. One day a statue will be erected in your honor and no one will ever take it down. Hurray!

Of course you reported back to your cuck-lords as the obedient little liberal worker bee that you are.
