I have like 20 guys on ignore, 10 of which are trolls. I'll name a handful- zebby, thechoice, obama, el anciano, paulkrugman, sometimesyounowin, rational poster...

To be fair, some of these guys could actually be right wing and just post like idiots for fun. I know at least 3 posters who have two accounts, so anything is possible.

The standard of outrage has been lowered precisely because of this kind of histrionics. The media delivers on the outrage porn since they know there's a demand for it but the life of everyday Americans is not what you think it is.

I would hope that the day never comes when people are not outraged by young children being brain-washed into radical LGBT ideologies by their parents, and enabled by the institutions to ruin their young life before it hardly even began.

These statues aren't comparable to Aushwitz because they're not a part of Civil War history, they came afterwards. Something more comparable to Aushwitz would be the numerous plantations across the South which have been preserved and now act as historical sites people can visit. Tearing one of those down would make less sense to me since that would be destroying history. But moving some statues built in the Jim Crow era because the city is now embarrassed of them makes sense.

They do not need to be part of Civil War history, to be part of history. If they represent the Jim Crow era, more so than the Civil War, good.

The fact that they are embarrassed by them is precisely why the statues should stay. The Jim Crow era is no less important than the Civil War era. Just less glorious.

Gotta disagree on this one. It's incredibly easy to come in here and say "liberalism is a mental disorder" and just jump out of a thread. The line between troll and commentator has become very grey nowadays though.

I'm not sure as it is hard to say with certainty, we tend to focus on people we disagree with. I'd say there is a difference between posters who sometimes troll and actual trolls.

Give me the name of some right wing trolls, I can only think of a couple.

Face it buddy, you're practically begging to be granted outrage porn that is of better quality than "Trump eats two scoops of icecream" or "Trump eats steaks with ketchup".

The Charlottesville events basically allowed the left a chance to air out all of their frustrations, from years and years of trying to explain away radical Islamic terror, lunacy from the far-left, setbacks in democratic election. Finally, they had a chance to "let out some steam".
