Is Rinat the next big thing for the welterweight division? (Dagestani Voldemort)

I admit I haven't seen much from 'The Dagestani Voldemort', but from what I did see he looks promising.

Rinat Fakhretdinov is 21-1 with all but 4 of his fights ending with a finish. He can strike and grapple effectively, and he's very aggressive. Of course, we all seen him put Kevin Lee to sleep in less than a minute. Only thing not going for him is his age (32).

Very scary looking man. I'd like to see the American hero Colby Covington face off with this guy.
