What "old test levels?" Assuming you come across like this IRL and you're not a transgender FTM, your test levels don't sound great. Have you done bloodwork to check your test? Is your personal trainer some knob who is pushing you to do PEDS as a shortcut?

For 99% of guys, the right answer is to stop being a bitch, get your shit together and build your own confidence one small hard-fought victory at a time. But if you truly have low T, you should get that diagnosed and treated.

I don't think it's a good idea. Let's say you get a little bit done and it doesn't achieve what you are hoping for. You will be going back for more and where does it end?

Find a hobby and immerse yourself in it and you may just find a soul mate that way.

Have to agree with a lot of the other posters here regarding your self confidence and self-perception. Until those are addressed I don't feel you will be happy with your appearance after surgery either and you'll feel you have to go down that road again to fix your new "flaws"

Had surgery to fix deviated septum in 2018 but it ended up being plastic surgery from surgeon at Kaiser. I couldnt breathe for shit after 4 broken noses(one from TKD tournament, two from street fights as dumb kid and one from car accident). Nose was crooked like Owen Wilson. I finally got my primary to make referral to surgeon. Dude does scope and says he cant do it, its beyond repair by him and would need plastic surgeon to do it as the cartilage was all fucked up and broken into pieces, particularly on left side. So Im in pre op...surgeon comes over in scrubs and is like "hey can I ask you question? See this pic of your profile? I wannas just...narrow this ridge here and take this in a little bit. Sound ok to you?" I was like "yeah I guess so. Is it necessary?" He like quiet and goes "yeahh. i think itll be fine." (didnt really answer question). SO...I think he gave me a nose job thrown in with the rebuilding as my nose now is sexier and daintier and my father when seeing it said " I like it, looks less grandfatherly."(I got his dads big nose, or rather had, its button like now, where as before it was hook like and certain ethnicities have it-aint saying which).

Glad it was successful for you. I went to Kaiser for a deviated septum caused by a cartilage blockage as well as my nose being crooked. My crooked nose is weird because no one notices it unless I tell them but once I tell them, they can never unsee it again.

My doctor is cool as shit and was basically like I'll be real with you, there's no guarantee that the surgery will fix your deviated septum and straighten your nose. He said there's a small chance, but not a minute chance that the surgery will make my nose be the first thing people notice when they see me and that's not a good thing. He's like if you can live with the deviated septum issues, then he'd recommend it because even a 1% chance of failure with the surgery could have pretty bad aesthetic consequences.

I wound up just dealing with it to avoid the risk.

@ TS : developing game takes a fuckton of efforts, for those of us like myself who don't have natural swag or great looks.
Until age 20 I was a fucking dork.
Age 25 it started clicking when I started to be bold.
Between 32 and 37 I peaked until no shit, my game was so on point that I started to read the girls in the room and figured out with minimal effort who was attracted to me. Those were ripe for the picking. In parallel, attractive girls started making advances themselves. i didn't have to do shit.

Moral of the story it is after literally decades of awkward situations, disapointments and humiliations that I discovered my game. You think you are skipping that shit with plastic surgery? LOL. Fuck back off to the back of the line like everyone else and work on yourself. Close your laptop and go to parties, bars, painting class, whatever. Be bold. That's the only way.

It’s a suggestion but, it has a couple of things I am still debating about.

1. Actual surgeons that are both well versed in aesthetics and are willing to do stuff are very rare and the waiting lists just to get in touch with them are painfully long.

2. Getting multiple surgeries is pricey, risky

3. The effort is not guaranteed to give you results.

the realization that i have flaws and woman mostly and only care about looks, was god awfully bad.

Not below average, simply bland. It began to give me anxiety, my eyes especially and height are incredibly annoying. So I set out to fix it. After extensive research and debating whatever this or AAS are the options.. I think with knowledge someone can realistically accomplish his goals and maybe inspire some people to take that big step of investing into your appearance. My main focus is just to be better looking.

But at the same time, i'm not sure the risks are worth it atm, or it should be used as last resort, but for the sake of my life; I wanna get laid quickly (had a burnout) and bad experiences recently.

Eye surgery
Cheekbones surgery
And maybe some fillers/implants on jaw.

I think that probably can make a big difference, into my life (and relationship).

You need to stop consuming incel and red pill content. It's making you insecure and giving you body dysmorphia, and those two things will prevent you from getting pussy more than anything else

Confidence + not being a douchebag are huge.

Even good looking guys with no confidence and good looking douchbags can still turn women off.

Seriously man, don't get cut by a butcher just hit the gym and pick up some social hobbies so you're out in the community meeting people. Don't ruthlessly hit on every girl you meet, just make a bunch of friends and socialize with them. Sooner or later you'll either run into miss right now and have experience chatting people up, or a couple you meet will set you up with their cute single friend.

Either way the point is that you got out in the world and met new people and kept doing it.

I can't stress this enough. The more friends you have and the more good guy persona you put out into the world the more opportunities you will get. Women are much more likely to give you a shot when you come recommended.

I can't pull a damn thing out in a bar by myself. But meeting women through a friend or company gathering and it's on.
