I mean we dont know exactly what happened there, but Yan strikes me as the kind of guy who isnt gonna take crap from anyone, wether he will win or lose. He grew up in a harsh enviornment, and was a bouncer for a club, even at his small stature. Just imagine the types he had to deal with bouncing in fuckin Siberia. So the bitch in him,if he ever had it to begin with, has been killed long ago. It's refreshing, because it def contrasts from what you see of other fighters in similar situations.Apparently he tried to fight Arlovski over a misunderstanding so I dunno if he's kinda stupid considering Arlovski could mess him up or if he really just doesn't give a crap
Some guys don’t respect trash talk and that’s respectable.
Boardwalk ended too soon.I've been watching some Mr Harrow scenes, and I forgot about the one where he shot the dude that was holding the little boy hostage.
He's a fuckin G that guy.
I like his personality.
Boardwalk ended too soon.
As did "Boss"
David Fincher confirming the end of Mindhunter this week is another to add to the list : (
I got into it last year and blew through the whole thing. Really killer showI don't watch shows and tv in general, but my brother got me into Boardwalk Empire when it first came out.
Your av has me watching all of Harrows scenes again.
It did end too soon though, it was a great show.
I think Kara-France said that Yan helped him or some other guy who was bullied. Conflict in Thailand between Hunt and Chechens/Askhabov brothers started because Hunt thought that Chechens was trying to beat up/bully Yan. I think someone told in interview that Yan bought something like bike or motorcycle for Thai guy from their gym in Thailand.Yeah no one likes him, but I don't care about his personality as long as he brings it when fights.
I personally like how he confronts everyone who ran their mouth on social media.
Too much of that keyboard warrior mentality these days.
Notice how everyone changes their tone when he confronts them in public.

This is professional karate. No room for weak terms like "bully" in this dojo.

IF only Jones could grow hair like this. If I was DC and had to watch Jones come out and win fights with this hairdo,I would quit my Job ahahahaha
I liked Nelson Van Alden character. What a unique weirdo. Somehow they hit all the right notes with him.Yeah it's dope, Richard Harrow is by far the best character, but there's a shit load of good characters in it.
Gretchen Mol looked smokin it that shit too, also a great character.

You can smell the fear in Cody over the internet. Cody is a shot fighter. He looked horrible against Jones on Saturday. Yan has some great trash talk for a guy who doesn't speak very good english. I love it.lol at Cody trying to press Yan
He wouldn't just send him to the shadow realm, he'd be 12 feet under with the funeral and coffin magically prepared in a heartbeat like a bowl of instant noodles
Yeah he starts out as this stuffy christian zealot that slowly becomes everything he despised...but still retained his humanity, and would rather do good than bad.Me and my ex used to call him grumpy cat because he looks just like that cat lol.
He played that part perfectly though.
His transformation is done really well in the writing too.
