I'd probably go with top 20. Hes obviously an ATG but its not exactly red hot talent rich divisions that hes been thriving in, and his HW resume as a pro is literally 8 fights vs 5 opponents.
That's why I only have him in my Top 20 at heavyweight. At cruiserweight though he's no worse than #2 and has a strong case to be #1 based on resume.

Frazier would compete at 160 pounds?
Ofc no. He had to roll in coffin if had been forced to make such weight.
However Frazier is boxer I didn't wanted to see in his prime shape vs me.even for good $.
Very dangerous if will get in pocket, good gas tank and very damaging boxer.

Vs Frazier btw were more chances to get on healthcare benefits than vs Foreman or Ali.
For a reason.

No. Because he doesn't dominate. The all time greats dominate.

He wins, yes, but he scrapes rounds, he scrapes fights. That's not an all time great. That's just the better fighter of this era.

Who has he dominated? Other than Dubois 2. He couldn't even fkn dominate Chisora who is an elevated journeyman.

Ali beat Norton by split decision
guess he's not an all time great

LOL at this. Let's see those other ATGs dominate against men twice their size then. Chisora had almost 40 lbs on Usyk and it was only his second fight at HW. He was clearly still getting acclimated.

Ali lost the first fight but controversially won the second and third fights. He admitted that Norton should've won the third fight which would mean that Norton should've won the trilogy between them.

“Kenny’s style is too difficult for me. I can’t beat him, and I sure don’t want to fight him again”

“I honestly thought he beat me in Yankee Stadium, but the judges gave it to me, and I’m grateful to them.”

Ali Admitted He Couldn’t Beat One Heavyweight So Begged George Foreman To Do It For Him

Hes basically Evander Holyfield 30 years later.

Hopefully he gets a Riddick Bowe and Lennox Lewis of his own. Fury and AJ aren't quite it.

If Usyk was fighting guys twice his size, they would be 12'6 tall and weigh around 500lbs.
Lets not go overboard here.

The question should be who doesn't have Marciano in their Top 10 HW ATG list? Ring Magazine does. BoxingScene does. Most historians have him rated in the Top 10 as well. I've even seen him rated as high as Top 5 or fringe Top 5. Cruiserweight isn't that relevant historically but you could say the same about all of the "tweener" divisions including Super Middleweight. Did Andre Ward waste years of his prime there? A lot of fighters from the former soviet union turn pro late. They invest more into the amateur scene compared to most other regions.

TS didn't specify HW, and while I'll admit that most old-school historians rank Marciano in their top 10, or even top 5, that sentiment fading. Rocky was beloved for being undefeated and white. His only notable title fight wins were Walcott, Moore, and Charles--and two of those were geriatric (especially by 1950's standards). Heck even Charles was no spring chicken in fighting age--he was 32 with 96 pro fights.

I still contend that Usyk may have been a top 10 ATG if he had not waited so long to go up to HW, but he did, so he's not.
