Rumored Is Nick Diaz really fighting Luque..?

Nick got a bigger head now. It wasn't like this back then.

A quick RNC finish would be the best outcome , doesn't matter by who but Luque has to be the overwhelming favorite .

This fight should not happen unless Nick is in hock with the mob
From my understanding Luque is suffering from brain damage already. That could be a game changer for diaz to get a stoppage or sub if his neck is ok.

Nick has fought twice in the last 11 years. He effectively pissed away his prime. Who cares at this point? He hasn't been relevant in a decade.

Most of the die hard fans are also in their 40's. They know the time is up. It was fun while it lasted and the cardio + jiu jitsu + 1,000 punches per fight made amazing entertainment that will live on in their minds, and eventually fade away into the sands of time.

I certainly appreciated watching him compete.

To fully appreciate what a F'n badass Nick is, imagine being toasted on some really good bud and you agree to step in the cage with Anderson Silva...

then doing it and remain conscious after making it to the end of the fight.

C'mon man, it's way deeper than that...

Imagine being so fucking baked right before walking out to fight Takanori Gomi. Stoned as fuuuuuuck. Then slap on a submission after out boxing "The Fireball Kid."

Then someone saying you were SO DAMN HIGH, you were incapable of feeling pain, which we all know is bullshit.

Nick Diaz also beat Carlos Condit but that night, mileage = points in the cage.

Nick needs money. Nick is doing really, really bad and has been doing bad for a while now. After he stopped fighting he became a self admitted alcoholic. He ran into a lot of money issues with pass taxes not being paid. Now that he's not in the spotlight anymore a lot of his "friends" aren't anyway to be seen. He's had more than a few domestic violence calls to his house.

It's a really bad story. Nick himself said that without MMA he would've even up in prison. His life now lost fighting hasn't been good so Nick is probably asking for a fight to get his life back under his control and structured with training and prepping for a fight.

Nick has a major advantage over most older fighters -cardio.

Ti-athletes in fighters is rare - no one would swim a mile, run a marathon, or bicycle 50 miles as part of their training.

War Nick! He is a great 420 example to his badass brother Nate, and to Every Professional Sports Athlete!
