Is Jon Jones a sociopath/psychopath?

He's an alcoholic. End of story. It can turn you into wretch, and if he doesn't get help, it could ruin his life. I'm a recovering addict myself, and Jon's behavior is prototypical.

Psychopathy is a very general term. If you want to diagnose Jon, the best label would be antisocial personality disorder (often what a "psychopath" has), but even this is looser than loose. These people are pretty incapable of having connected relationships, and there's a good chance that Jon would've done something very malicious by now if he had it, and it would've occurred when he was sober.

He was arrested around 5:45 AM. I could see him staying out late and getting drunk/coked up, coming home and his wife being pissed. Leads to an argument and police being called. The fact that its just a few hours after the HOF induction shows his mental volatility. Guy can flip a switch pretty fast.

Do you think we will ever see Jones fight again? Will he face jail time?

Over the years he’s constantly eluded to “drinking less”. (which is what alcoholics always attempt to do in order to exert some form of control over their drinking, that they’re usually in denial of) But anyway, as someone who’s struggled with alcoholism before, I’ve been through similar issues myself. I’ve attempted to limit my drinking which works for a period of time, until I find a reason to drink heavily (sayyy, maybe if I was inducted into the hall of fame!) n then it’s almost as if my body makes up for lost time. I lose all semblance of control, and just. go. crazy.

I could be wrong but as someone who destroyed his life for many years, I see similar issues with Jones.

Jon Jones is a severely misunderstood man of God (he has the tattoos to prove this point), Jon is a victim of celebrity fratricidal unscrupulous persons, seeking out Jones to attempt to take advantage of him... they usually offer him weekend long alcoholic binges, often infused with cocaine use, hookers, firearms, automobiles, and driving. I don't think he's much different from other fuckups like Tyson, Gervonta Davis, Conor, etc. I don't think Jones doesn't show any remorse, he cried in an interview with Ariel, and seemed shook when police caught him shooting guns with the homeless after drinking Masvidal's rum. I've seen some psychos being questioned and displaying 0 emotion or empathy after killing a bunch of people. Then again he does beat people up for a living, so who knows.

I have thought that Jones is a psychopath for years.

His whole public persona is an act. Literally everything he does and says in public is calculated and thought out to make him seem like a good person. I saw this in him back in like 09/10.
