"Defense attorneys for former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort have filed their response under seal to special counsel Robert Mueller's allegations that their client repeatedly lied to federal investigators, according to Manafort's spokesman.

The decision means that the public will not know whether Manafort contests Mueller's allegations that he lied about his Trump administration contacts as well as his interactions with an associate suspected of ties with Russian intelligence, at least for now.

This is not a bombshell, but it's not that far short of it either. It's evidence that Manafort was sharing (comprehensive) voter info with Russian intelligence officers. The relevant information are the degree to which other people in the campaign were involved in this and how much was known about what this info would be used for.
