Does he EXCEL at groundwork? No, but he would dust a boxing chump on the ground. Can he throw and armbar like a judo man? No, but he can likely punch one out before it comes to that.

Complete does not equal master of all. The closest you're going to get is a GSP type that is great at one thing and high enough level at the others to be effective with them. Very few fighters on the roster are "complete" in that they have little else to improve upon. Almost everyone is a specialist that picked up everything else along the way.

I think he is, but he isn't the best complete Mixed martial artist. He may be complete but can be weak in certain areas as we have seen.
