People with BPD, can self regulate and can if they recognise their issues make adjustments..... They can also take medication and when I say medication I mean not pretending and using that as a tool to manipulate people......

They can also stear towards certain character types that work better with their circumstances, which helps stop the idealisation and destruction cycle......
