Is Arlovski/Aspinall a guaranteed decision?

Seems strange to say for a heavyweight but unless he's facing a killer Arlovski has been having these close, uneventful decisions with lower tier heavyweights.

Aspinall needs to put it on Arlovski from the opening bell and make light work of him with a fast finish.
No one wants to see 15 mins of these two gauge distance.
If Aspinall can’t improve on Bowser’s recent loss to Arlovski then he should retire.
