Is Anthony Joshua the worst of the best?

Poor AJ reading this thread. He wasnt dropped by a guy who hasnt boxed a day in his life.'

How about this: Ngannou doesnt think the outcome would have been different against Joshua no matter the circumstances and he doesnt want to fight him again. He wants to fight Fury again.

Frazier was a world class fighter. Otto Wallin is a journey man

Which means absolutely nothing. Other than Fury had a tougher time with the same opponent but won anyways.

But if you’re so inclined on comparing opponents why don’t you compare the high quality ones and not the club level fighters. Who received more damage against Wladimir Klitchko?

He had a split decision win vs Ngannou. Joshua almost killed francis.

Even taking away the knockout, who hurt Wladimir Klitchko more? He made one final effort against Joshua. He just expected to get the decision against Fury and did nothing.he threw a total of 3 rights, some silly number, in a silly fight.

Wlad still holds title reign-related records. That whole era was lacking but his overall longevity and the numbers he put up will be difficult to match. What amazes me is how little you actually know about this sport and yet you still feel the need to be so opinionated and outright dismissive of such established fighters. As if you have some unique fucking perspective on anything.

You do realize that by that logic, Joe Joyce is better than Joshua, right? Because he not only hurt Daniel but wasn't knocked out by him. Boxing does not work like that.

sometimes you just wanna unblock someone for a little bit to see the utter shite they are posting, but i will decline this time round, there is generally a good reason i have blocked someone, i think i only have about 5 people blocked on this site after 25 years

One of the most overrated fighters in boxing history, that's for sure. Absurd amount of hype and esteem, for someone whose best win is 40 year old Wlad, and was taken out with ease by Andy Ruiz.

So in your opinion he wouldn't even be in "list A" you would put him with the Hassin Rahman's of the world?

No fucking way is he in the A list.

Indeed even Rahman has a much better win than any of Joshua's wins.

Rahman has ONE win, he was beaten by everyone else who was half decent, his best win outside of Lewis was Corrie Sanders

would you consider Sanders to be better than Povetkin?

And it seems a bit mute, i dont think i have seen a single person say he should be on the "A list"

I would personally remove Bowe, Fury, Vitali and any other champs that were good for a few years, but didnt really do a lot outside of a brief moment in the sun

Isn't TS's point that he is A Tier, but entry level A tier?

Sigh... It obviously doesn't apply if the fighter has changed, since he by definition is not the same as he was then. I thought this was understood.
