Over the last year and a half, high up in the hills and woods of the Ozarks, the group has been working hard: levelling the land, laying roads, building cabins.
There are wells, a community centre and a school house, where the children do their lessons.

The settlement sprawls over 160 acres and it's called Return to the Land. Its founders say it is an "intentional community based around shared ancestry".

Around 40 people live here and hundreds more, from all around the world, have paid to be members.

RTTL is looking to expand its reach from its base in northern Arkansas to an area near Springfield, Mo., a co-founder of the group said recently.

The prospect of a growing “whites-only” community — where members are evaluated based on European ancestry and where Jews are denied membership — is raising concerns among state and local officials and activist groups.

Missouri Democrats are pushing back on the effort. Chelsea Rodriguez, communications director for the state Democratic Party, called RTTL a “hate group” and said they won’t be welcome.

watching sovcidiots getting the windows of their personal vessels and non-commercial pleasure crafts smashed in and then getting arrested against their consent, kidnapped by police, and traveling to jail and then commuting in front of a judge who will convey them their fines and sentence really tickles my fancy. especially the ones who decide to further make an idiot of themselves and represent themselves in court.

the best ones are the sovcidiots who are on zoom for a virtual court session and they want to do the dance, interrupt and talk over the judge, be as disruptive as they can, refuse to directly answer questions, and talk in circles hoping that if they just spew the same nonsense over and over their case will not be able to move forward or the courts will just get tired of their shit and dismiss their case out of pure exhaustion. but what usually happens is that the judge just enters a not guilty plea for them and moves forward with the case anyways or they get fined with contempt. and many judges won't even entertain their shit so when they refuse to properly identify themselves to the courts, the judge simply mutes them and then states on the record that the defendant was not present and then states that they are issuing a warrant for their arrest and then adjourns to the next case.

the look of stunned disbelief on their faces when that happens is priceless. but the funniest ones are the ones who actually show up to court and regurgitate the no-jurisdiction argument. if they really believed that state and the courts had no jurisdiction over them then they wouldn't even be showing up to criminal court in the first place because what would be the point? if that was really the case then they wouldn't need to show up to court because the alternative wouldn't be a warrant put out for their arrest. and if they want to fuck around in court, they will find out after the judge proves jurisdiction over them by sending their stupid asses to jail.

i'll never get tired of watching these idiots try to play the same script but get shut the fuck down.
