Social Inside the White-Only Settlement in Arkansas: The Group Building a 'Fortress for the White Race'

I love how southerners say "whites" ROFL

I'm not excusing anything you dickhead. I'm stating that it's none of anyone else's business what they do on their own private land and that you ridiculous, self-important Karens need to get the fuck over yourselves.

How are they harming anyone else by moving to bumfuck nowhere, starting their own little community and keeping to themselves? You think they should be forced to allow people on their own private land, that they don't want there? Why? Fuck, you little tin pot authoritarians are ridiculous.

Funny how you're this juvenile in your replies while defending a bunch of people whose express purpose is to make the US a "white" ethno-State and pretending they intend to do no harm, which requires ignoring exactly how they intend to remove other races from the Country. They're literally currently trying to expand to another State, so no, theyre not just innocently frolicking in some back-@ss area of Arkansas to their terrible music:

"Orwoll, who also told the outlet that he plans to help start communities in all 50 states, has effectively asserted a form of the “sovereign citizens” argument in claiming that his group is allowed to discriminate because, he says, they are doing so on private land. According to The Independent, the Arkansas AG said in a statement: “Racial discrimination has no place in Arkansas or anywhere in a free society. These allegations raise all sorts of legal issues, including constitutional concerns. My office is reviewing the matter.”

I know, I know, you're not defending THEM, just defending their individual rights on private property...except it's a right they dont have. Their advertisement as a "private club" is a dubious legal workaround, and even then these dingbats have already shot themselves in the foot when it comes to discrimination lawsuits because theyve laid bare their purpose of excluding minorities and Jews. Private Clubs who intend to racially discriminate get away with it by being more clever and just saying they dont do anything with non-members, because they know blatant segregation will be up for legal challenge under various Civil Rights Laws. These dorks made segregation their entire premise and have said so on camera.

They cant engage in commerce and discriminate in this manner. They cant prevent minorities from living there. It's against the law, and that's good. Segregationism is not good. Dont like that there are laws against this? Tough sh*t.

MAGA expect Law & Order to only be applied to their enemies (Brown people) not them.
Frank Wilhoit said it best: "Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."

Anyone using the term "sovereign citizen" in anything other than a negative context automatically loses all credibility for the rest of their lives.

Yeah that's the only way social and economic heirarchies can be maintained. And I dont see any reason to defend this horsesh*t unless you agree with this means of establishing heirarchies. The goal of these people is to spread and relegate minorities to 2nd-class citizenship, so I find the "they just wanna be left alone to be around only white people" to not only be comically idiotic, but an outright lie. They clearly intend to effect everything around them and are just trying to use a legal loophole to do it.

I'd bet my dumb bandana that if any of these geeks gets pulled over, they hand the Cop 27 pages worth of "documents" they printed off the internet that explains that they're not subject to US Federal Laws because they're not an "employee" of the "Corporation of the United States." And that they're not driving they're "travelling." 😂

You're a few buzz words from wining at sovereign citizen bingo. Great game if you've never played.

Love the quote and it encapsulates their thinking so well. I'm going to rock it in my sig for a bit. Wilhoit in from my state. :)

This has also already been legally hashed out in front of the Supreme Court. They ruled that private schools cant just racially discriminate and in so doing, used the KKK Act to determine that people cannot just form blatantly racist private groups.

"The Court determined that the Ku Klux Klan Act prohibited the racially discriminatory policies of the schools. While the schools were private, Jones v. Alfred H. Mayer Co. held that the Ku Klux Klan Act applied to "purely private acts of racial discrimination". Further, Stewart wrote that the school's admission policies were "classical violation of Section 1981". The Court acknowledged that parents had the right to send their children to schools that "promote the belief [of] racial segregation", but that neither parents' nor students' freedom of association was violated by the application of 42 U.S.C. §1981. The Court cited Pierce v. Society of Sisters and the right of the State "reasonably to regulate all schools" to further justify the decision."

When you think about the earlier reference to Freedom, Georgia. This is WHY it's not referred to or intended to be "black only" even if it turned out that way coincidentally despite their stated purpose of also including Veteran's Groups. Even if they DID intend to not allow white people, they likely realized you cant make that you're intended purpose.

Trump offers white conservatives a social hierarchy that ranks them above millions of other people.
Most MAGAs are not direct about it but they know. Brown people and women are allowed to be White Nationalists, as long as they know their place in the hierarchy and stick to the playbook.
You see this played out in full with the token black MAGA folks, standing right behind Trump at rallies, for the camera’s to pick up.

Oh you mean like the Byron Donalds types who carried all that water for Trump and then were expressly excluded from actually working in the Administration? Not a single one given jobs, those guys?

Guess the cabinet is a "private club."

Right on, but I think you quoted the wrong person.

Him and Tim Scott probably had a nice cry session.

I remember this leaked photo of the White House summer 2018 interns. Nothing to see here..

As long as they follow the laws then let them fo what they want.

Its a private "compound" like a private club so they can decide who they let become members.

I dont agree with their views but I agree with their right to do what they want and its legal as it should be.

I see the "tolerant" having a fit as is normal anytime they hear anything they dont agree with.

Tolerance is not owed to the intolerant.
