Oh I get this. The part you seem to be missing, is that if Comey recommends indictment, and the DOJ refuses to prosecute, the FBI is going to leak the details and destroy Clinton regardless.

This is actually what I think Bernie's most likely path is.

I don't think Clinton will be indicted. I do think there is a good chance that the FBI will recommend indictment though, and that is all it will take, and she will be done.

Information doesn't suddenly get leaked, like an accident, unless someone authorizes it to be leaked.

Therefore, most things that are said to be leaks, aren't leaked.

In the rare cases that there are actual leaks, the feds discover the source of the leak, and plug it - severe criminal charges.

And with information that the public knows of, but not about, that information is only accessible to a very few and trusted members of the FBI, who also know the details of past leaks that have been plugged.

I think it's an appropriate time to post this again:

That's the problem for the MSM: they've used up all their ammunition. They've played every sort of victim card from the race card to the sexism card to the Islamaphobic card and while some of it has done damage, Trump was emerged from the fire still intact. What can they do now? They tried to place the race card again with the "KKK Grand Wizard endorses Trump" story a few days before Indiana and that didn't have half of the impact the David Duke story did.

Trump is like the flu virus: the media continuing to use the same shots to get rid of him will just become less and less effective as the public gets more and more fatigued with the same stories and same sensational accusations.

This is what you offered as far as addressing the problem...

You want to address illegal immigration, address the immigration system. Address the drug market which causes so much violence in the countries people a fleeing from. Their are ways to do this, but they are not easy and not contained in simply sound bits and simplistic thinking.
