Sadly, as long as he's got two brain cells to communicate with each other they will be saying "I'm far from done fighting".Lol at your first point, so very true. Teh Chris made that deal at the crossroads and now he's sinking down. I hope the UFC either matches him up with Robocop or another top 10, OR Teh Chris gets a taste of that legendary polish power at 205. Either should seal the deal and force him to back down.
The sad thing is somebody needs to bring a gun into the cage and use it if they want Teh Chris to retire at the end of that match (or during) and it has to be a kill shot. If it's just a collapsed lung or a facial reconstruction, he will be back in that octagon like the Terminator.
And I'm not going to call for his death because he's likeable. So he will ALWAYS be in the UFC because nothing short of death or at least paraplegia can possibly stop his will power. If you were building a superhero from random qualities from random humans, Teh Chris would be where the will power is taken from. The refusal to back down. The certitude in standing one's ground. This is Teh Chris.
He will be on early prelims on UFC 342 - mark my words. And he'll be super motivated about his next title run as well!
