If you lift everyday your testosterone boost will be lower

With all due respect I'm calling bullshit. Never seen near that much. Same idea as alluded to in my previous post with regard to the OP, this effect is very overblown. Of course I can not prove a negative but I would challenge you and anyone else to provide some solid evidence before claiming such things as fact.
I love to learn and think it would be great if this were true but I've never seen any real evidence, a well run peer reviewed study or the like. Please, anyone, provide if you have something.

Optimal for what? As always it depends on the goal but even if what you assert above was proven to be true one day I don't think it's fair to say it's that simple. There would be negs to consider with this approach as well.
For example the first 2 that come to mind -
24 hrs with no "fresh" nutrients ie protein, fats and other "building block" nutrients for repair and new construction , hormone production etc.
Potential sub optimal workout performance due to lack of energy.

I'm not saying it's the worst pan ever, just seems easy to disqualify it as being "optimal" but for some very specific, narrow outcomes.
So you don't trust the science?

I assume you mean the first part of my post. Please re-read my post my friend, I am saying that I have never seen any science, good or otherwise, that shows that "if you fast, you can increase your natural human growth hormones up to 20x after 24 hrs of fasting for men, and up to 16x for women". I recall seeing some evidence of small increases, perhaps 25% or so of what you stated.

You seem to be stating those numbers like they are proven fact, I've asked to see the proof please and thanks. Again, I would honestly think it was great if this could be proven to be true.

To more directly answer your question, you are somewhat correct, I do not always trust "the science". Not all science is good science and often theoretical science does not stand up when tested through experiment and study. Hopefully without going off on an unnecessary tangent I thought that this had become much more common knowledge as shown by the world events of the last five or so years.

So I'm guess you don't trust the science then? Maybe two more weeks and you can start trusting again.

No offence, but with the grammar and logic displayed in that sentence, I'd also have some reservations about your ability to correctly interpret and summarize whatever it is you read there.

You sound jealous that I"m able to so strike you down so easily with such profound sentences.

What science are you referring to? You've shown zero science, all you've done is make an arguably outrageous claim backed by nothing.

I've been very polite to you and made a simple request, so far it appears you just got caught making shit up or simply being wrong. No big deal people are wrong everyday, just have the balls to own it. If you have nothing to back up what you say I'm afraid you will have to find some other way to entertain yourself, I'm not interested in further irrelevant babble.

So I can't tell if you flip flopping from trusting the science to not trusting the science. So which is it be?

Last chance, post up this apparently elusive science and I'll gladly offer my thoughts on it's trustworthiness. I was just logging off but I'll stick around for a bit whilst I wrap up my day.
No science in ur next post = no further engagement from me
