Mattos might be hard nosed enough to make Hadley look like a fool again tbh, there's not a lot Matheus does at a very high level, but his grit is always there. If Smotherman can outclass Jake without breaking a sweat then just about anybody competent can if we're being completely honest.

Tbf the Smotherman fight seemed like an off night. I'm not sure what was going on there.

The PFL roster has always been fantastic despite the promotion's goofy league format.

This year, with a simple 8-fighter single elimination format, it feels like we're in the prime Bellator years once again.

PFL has done a fantastic job of stacking their tournaments with a good mix of established contenders and up and coming prospects. The cards over the next three weeks are all stacked on paper, with tonight's arguably being the most interesting -- and probably more interesting than most UFC fight nights.

Sorry, but Jay Jay Wilson vs Rabadanov 2 is a fantastic rematch between two of the most underrated guys in the world. If you aren't hyped, that's your loss.
