Both Miocic and Ngannou would be favorites against Jones.

And I think Jones is the GOAT. But he seems to be on the downslide, and recently has had some troubles with LHW's... and Miocic and Ngannou are HW monsters.

I think Jones with a master plan by Jackson/Wink puts on a flawless performance with a late round stoppage due to great game planning for Stipe or Frances’s style. I’d give to Frank on age and less wear and tear right now if they fought. But Francis hasn’t shown that he’s got the IQ to back him up if a fight doesn’t go his way early.

There are still questions about the rematch to be answered.

Francis did blow his wad in the first round reckless swinging at Stipe. Also, his team says that his wrestling and cardio have improved, but we haven't been able to see any evidence of this in his last few fights.

Like I said before the first fight, I'll believe Francis can beat Stipe when I see him beat Stipe.
