Stipe was knocked out 3 times. I know he defended his belt a number of times, but he did it against washed up fighters. I have a hard time putting Stipe ahead of Francis. It's just my opinion. He couldn't finish Francis in 5 rounds their first fight even though Francis was clearly gassed after the 1st round. Francis knocked Stipe stiff when he fought smart in the rematch.
