Hill isn't bad. People forget how Glover was running the LHW division and a good grapple test for guys and Hill passed. An anti-wrestler with KO power and reach is really all you can ask for at LHW.

The real issue is how serious his injury was. He hasnt won since it happened, even in Jiri fight he didn't look as mobile as he used to. Probably rushed back to be main event at 300.

Not cut, but he's taking a big step back in competition now and if will probably be on the chopping block if he loses those. He's probably a lower top 10 guy who lucked into several things falling into place for him to skip the line and fight a 43 year old to get a title, but he hasn't beaten and probably wouldn't beat anybody in the current top 7, maybe even top 10.
