If i drink pepsi cola or stuff like than after eating am i gonna get all the proteins and stuff or they just get burnedd!!!!
Well, if you drink the cola, the sugar will not allow you to absorb all of the nutrients at that point. Meaning since white refined sugar is stripped of its nutrient value, then the body has to take from its own reserves to deal with it. Tonic will stop the digestive process as well. If you eat a burger it will stay in your system a lot longer, then if you did not drink the tonic.
