people don't realize how whittaker was supposed to be the toughest test for khamzat at MW, he has very fast hips and scrambling which we saw when souza or brunson tried to take him down, yet khamzat took him down like it was nothing and just controlled him for 4 minutes straight with little difficulty and put him in a crank. We see Islam or Khabib struggle to take down guys like gaethje or volkanovski in their intiial takedown attempts due to their takedown defense but khamzat just cuts through even the best anti wrestlers, really is crazy to watch

There’s no doubt in my mind that Khamzat would probably very much like to fight Jon jones and it wouldn’t just be about the money.

he's right, no doubt khamzat will get DDP down. The issue will be DDP's bjj since he has a base in jiu jitsu and has showed some impressive jiu jitsu by tapping out izzy and passing whittaker's guard easily. I know khamzat trains with alan finfou who is a top tier bjj coach for mma but it will be a tall task to ground and pound or submit ddp, fascinating fight

Khamzat’s wrestling is even more dominant than Khabib’s as crazy as that is. His problem is he hasn’t shown the gas tank or cage IQ for an entire fight so his fights get harder once they go past Rd 1. But he’s a once in a generation talent, that’s for sure.

I don't think he ducks. Whilst DDP is potentially a very very tough match-up for Khamzat, but, that probably only comes into play after the first round. I would favour Khamzat to absolutely maul anyone in the first round.
