what makes you think Stipe's wrestling is any better? Cain has/had the best MMA wrestling in the HW division. He integrates it very well with striking and the over game. I have not seen that from Stipe. His best option is to keep the fight standing. But Werdum's striking was good enough to handle Cain so I don't think Miocic has a huge advantage there either. It's an uphill battle for him.

Miocic is a better boxer than Cain and may be a bit more durable.

Stipe has better boxing than Cain and Cain frankly looked totally awful in that fight from the opening bell. Stipe will KO Werdum by using angles and good boxing.

Cain's gameplan was to just fight in the clinch and at kick boxing range, Werdum was better than him in both areas. Miocic wants to fight Werdum at boxing range as he has better boxing and his footwork is better and his wrestling is as well, he's also the same height as Werdum or close enough so he won't be as easy to bully around in the clinch if and when it goes there. Miocic matches up much better with Werdum than Cain did.

Cain looked tired going out there against Werdum. It basically looked like Cain walked up to Werdum, Werdum leaned on him until Cain gassed, then guillotined him. I doubt Stipe will look so slow.

just like a football game, when handicapping a fight and going on previous events you need take all factors into account. Imagine if a football game was played in extreme wind and one of the teams is a pass heavy offense. Well, it's no different for the cain/werdum fight. It is obvious to anyone watching what happened and it had little do with werdum. Cain was going to gas either way because of the elevation.
