They can wear a mask but there's no getting around having to identify yourself and your department.
Ya because people identify themselves with their face, you think they unlocking IPhones ?

Yeah, hide illegals! Almost like you're guilty of something...

We are sure that they don't? We've seen footage of the arrests from a distance. How do we know they never identify themselves?

Snatching folks up off the street and not giving them their day in court. It's a violation of one of the most fundamental rights in America. It's disgusting.

They can detain illegals in this country for deportation. They sint have to have a day in court like ypu say. They are identified and processed for deportation.

I can't say always, and maybe it isn't even protocol, but I've seen videos of them masked while arresting people and refusing to identify themselves or where they're taking the person. It's better if it's not their protocol, just rogue officers, but it's still a violation of our rights. Maybe you can say illegals don't deserve rights but actual citizens have been caught up in these arrests too.

It makes sense that the initial arrest has to be quick and they need to secure the target and get out of there, for the agents' safety. I'm not really believing that nobody identifies themselves to the illegal alien at all throughout the entire deportation process.

Was your friend tackled, shackled, thrown in prison without due diligence before being deported? Was he sent to a ln alligator Alcatraz? Was he sent to a foreign country's prison?

Not sure why you think your anecdote adds anything to the topic. Nobody is saying illegal aliens shouldn't be deported. There is a police state in effect and now Trump is threatening to deport US citizens to boot.

Tackled? Shackled?

LMAO. Hyperbolic bullshit much...

Don't be a fucking illegal. Every time I have traveled I followed the laws of the place I went to.

Not hard.

They should at least leave a card for people to know how to follow up. I watch 1st Amendment auditor videos and you'd be amazed at what some officers think they can get away with. Obviously it's worse if the agency is trying to make these shadow type arrests without any transparency but it's still a problem no matter what.

It's not hard for officials to follow due process either. Are you seriously ok with it if a small percentage of these deportations affect citizens just to streamline the process? I mean they are on the brownish side and their English isn't that great anyway...

How in dafuq do you identify them as illegal without a day in court? You are so wrong here.
they can never answer this because there is no answer. they seem to think there's a foolproof biometric crime database where they can not only confirm the people they abducted are who they claim to be, but that they're illegal immigrants.

FYI all asylum seekers must give fingerprints and biometric data as part of their application. TPS and humanitarian parole people too.
