People are already terrified by ICE as they're able to act with impunity and seemingly no checks and balances, hence people acting irrationally, trying to aggressively drive away from them so they're not whisked away and have no contact with anyone. It puts the masked man child in a bad spot and results in a pointless death.

I highly doubt this woman was trying to kill an ICE agent but was in a panicked state of mind and tried to drive off. I've seen this before in other incidences with ICE.

That is how I feel. I mean, granted I don’t know what was going on prior to the video, what caused the altercation and why the appeared to want to detain her.

This has all 3 angles available thus far, all slowed down. She does clearly hit him, tho not a very clean hit. He fires as she accelerates (he doesn’t know intention, or that she is making a sharp turn, plus is she already not cooperating and fleeing from being detained?)
without more details tho, I feel it is justified, but also quite a bad look for ICE.

Anyone with a brain can watch the video and see its a bad shot, and a horrible look for ICE. If you hadn't noticed, they are spending millions of taxpayer dollars on social media like twitter and the like to hire a bunch of randoms to fit their bolstered budget that beats most Countrys militarys. This leads to morons with guns and zero training on the force, and we will see more videos like this happening because ICE has hired tens of thousands of morons onto their department force.
