If these LA protests never got violent, they’d still be complaining. It’s never been about violence or keeping the peace, it’s about silencing voices that make them uncomfortable. They don’t want change, they want control.
And let’s be honest, while not everyone who supports Trump is racist, a good chunk of the MAGA movement absolutely is. It’s not just racism either. Misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, it’s all baked in. They hate minorities, they hate the LGBTQ+ community, and they hate anyone who doesn’t fit their narrow, outdated view of what America should be.
Look at it from this perspective. Would you rather have Jan.6 or your whole community up in flames and all your neighbors jobless cause they have no business or place of work anymore? The worst part is guess who is cleaning this shit up the next day? The business owners and the non worthless degenerates of society. This is not the same as Jan. 6 and never will be. Trying to sack the capitol and stop the transfer of power in the government is never going to be equal to these dorks trying to fight ICE.
That said, I agree that there is a double standard. This situation is incredibly stupid, and violence should never be acceptable as a way to protest. Antifa should be thrown in jail as should anyone participating in violent race riots or protests.
Yes, the ICE raids are problematic in their own way, but the left has their share of responsibility for their foolishness that brought this situation about before the election. It didn't have to end up this way.
No, I would not agree with that. Not safeguarding the transfer of power is the quickest way to hell and anarchy; that cannot be tolerated in any way. We aren't as aware of that reality in the US because we don't have regular overthrows like some places, but that doesn't mean we couldn't get there. The coup is the biggest threat to any nation's freedom. The government needs to be controlled by the voters.Look at it from this perspective. So you got a bone to pick with the government? Go take it to them and leave the innocent citizens and their communities out of it.

These pricks that are rioting need to be jailed by whatever means necessary though. I agree they are a threat and that these politicians on the left that keep repeating "they are mostly nonviolent" are ridiculous turds. These businesses wouldn't be getting vandalized if these people were doing their job, and not basically encouraging the violence.
The bottom line is that NO ONE should be defending or minimizing ANY of these violent outbreaks and EVERYONE involved should go to jail.
A ride or die Trump loyalist has ZERO credibility pontificating on corruption."Preemptive Pardons" for crimes not yet discovered, for the past, present and future crimes. Completely unprecedented and beyond corrupt.
"Bu-but, January 6th though!"
This why "your side" lost to a bloated con man and will continue to lose.I never said that. I just find it ridiculous how you talk about law and order when you are in a party that think a daughter-lusting criminal who is involved in over 4,000 legal cases in United States federal and state courts is Presidential material.
And to answer your question, Yes it is. The LA rioters are protesting for a good cause.
I will wholeheartedly argue that it does not matter whether a protest is violent or not. We are a country founded as a violent protest.
I wouldn't want to do either one but if "the people you are mad at" is the government, the more dangerous idea is to attack the government violently; again, that is the path to the most misery for the most people. Just ask people in places that don't have stable governments. Neither party in the government is good, and often people's anger is misdirected.Which one would you choose though if you had to? Taking their anger actually to the people they’re pissed at? Or your own neighborhood?

fc, dig deep...ever wonder why Anyone would be "screaming" for that alert ?
It'd ONLY concern those with their own, or their crew's illegal and lawless acts.
Mayor Bass told MSM it was peaceful, they covered her lie by not showing arson, looting, and unobstructed rioting...until Trump put stopped what Bass, then Newsome, allowed.
DT you can bet your ass No One following civilized behavior norms need concerning.
