Apparently the group behind the LA riots, CHIRLA, received 34 million dollars from the CA government. The state of California essentially is funding the LA riots.

Cali funds the lawless Sanctuary City LA and a mayor that provokes and encourages violence. Cali's Catch & Release of illegal criminals has gone on for years, whether an illegal, even a known convicted murderer or rapist was arrested, they were set free to endanger the public again - treasonous actions IMHO.
