MT....ish

Went to a club run by a civi.

Spent it teaching people how to spar.
First time I'd been there.

Won't be going back.

I don't mind per say, but I wanted a bit of a crack but....oh well. It made a bit of a change and I found the tap out wearing mong that seems to be mentioned every now and then on the net.

He was absolute shit. He rocked up the same as me and boasted about MMA and boxing being his thing. His kicking was awful (his mrs teacher TKD so he thought he could kick....negative), so I said lets just box.
Kept looking away and fetaling up (literally, 90 degrees).
I didn't hurt him. I did try and help for about 3 minutes, but I got the measure of him from about 2 minutes into chatting before we started the session and after 3 of his fannying about, I gave up and just kept popping him.

There is always a bigger dog about.

Happy with that as calves are sore from Saturday and have an exam coming up so don't need the mental distraction of being tired.

A good friend of mine enlisted in the Army, wound up assigned to the NSA, and spent two (three?) terms sitting in front of a computer somewhere that he couldn't tell us, playing solitare and, very occasionally, pushing a button that he couldn't tell us about either. At least, that's the impression of his service we got from what he told us. :)

I gorged last night and had pizza etc, so went from about 19.00 last night to this session starting at 12.30 fasted.


On a side note- I've just eaten about 300g of salad and half a chicken along with a tonne of nuts and coconut milk and almond milk.

I'm not feeling particularly feel, just dog tired.

Another side note- I've found a few online retailers who do a wide assortment of meats (kangeroo, bison, gator), so when I get home over easter, I'm going to order some.
I've intrigued by the scorpion in chocolate, crickets and ants...and worms.

Worth a shot...but quite expensive.

I put this as ish as the first 3 alright, next 2 was do one, reset, do one. Last rep Was awful and a bit of a delay in doing it.
Again, I recorded it on my phone. Will upload for judgement at some point.
I didn't realise I hitch so much. My first rep involved hitching, so maybe after this cycle, I'll plateau myself to get comfortable a bit. I won't be lifting for about 4 months soon, so will have to see how it goes. I'd like to reach 200kg for reps by then, but we'll see.

You are pretty damn strong. How much do you weigh out of curiosity?
