Ians MT and PL log-2

Just a remark to say still training in the morning.
Now my knee and hip aren't too bad I have started back running. No major elevations or distance, but usually around 3.5-4.5 miles then do some stretching and weights afterwards.

I am on sets of 8 zombie squat at 50kg however, although done some 5's with 60

Just a side note that I am still training at home but just under 2 weeks ago I took custody of it so pretty busy now.

I live.

Still trying to train 3-4 times a week. Being 1 in 2 makes it tricky though, so end up training in the morning every other day or so.

Went for a quick / short 3.5 mile this morning then some ab wheel roll outs.

I've been trying to get back to squatting both normal and zombie squats. Just doing sets of 8 zombie with 40-60 kgs. Keeping form to save my back as it seems my back is damaged from just sitting down all the bloody time.

7 July 24

Morning phys

5k row on the home machine averaging 1 min 56.7 per 500.
10 min assault bike cool down, sorta.

Did some weights and OHP but nothing major.

Did some leg raises and sit ups.

The to work were I currently sit and write up this log.

I continue to train, albeit not often due to 30+ hours on, 18 'off', but not really.

When I get back next year I might be able to get some proper consistent training done.

Been away.

Indeed, I was deployed for 241 days between early Feb this year and this month.

That said I got my numbers for strength to
DL 5 @ 200kg
Squat 5 @ 140kg (plus another set of 5)
BP 5 @ 100

My row time got to 2 min 2 per 500m for 40 minutes.

I got back to 1.5 or so hours training most days around 6 ish hours sleep for 200 of those days.

I'm back home now.
Buying more home gym equipment to support on going development.

Definitely need to up CV work though. God knows how I got 1 min 50.4 per 500m for 8km.
