Been doing a bit of running, but had to stop since last week due to illness.

Done a bit of squatting and deadlifting where I can. I did easy 5 reps @ 130 a couple of weeks ago and some decent form 100kg ass to grass squats.
Once I'm out of the manic training phase, I should have more time to start training again and consistantly.
 
Been doing a bit of squatting.
Will be away for a few months, so will try and use the time to get my old squat and DL back.
Not sure I can do that with the conditioning goals I have set myself. But I like a challenge

Now I'm back at home for a few weeks, time to get the phys going again in a structured routine.
 
Now I'm out of phase 1, a bit of time to do my own phys.

Yesterday did 12@95kg squat. Pretty shit.

Working on the 5/3/1 scheme to see how it goes.
Did deads last week and got 8@130, so not too bad.

Overhead press was 8@y60 last week as well.

Current 7k row time is 26 min 10s. Not too bad considering, but going to try and get sub 26 in the next week or two.
Did some 3k's today and got average of 1 min 52.6 and 1 min 50.4

Yeah not too bad.
In the forces so haven't had much time to myself in the last 9 months.
Into proper training now, so a bit better off, but still loads of work to fill up my time.

Managing to get into proper training, weights wise for now. Will try and get myself back into standup, but I don't think I'll have the time or opportunity to fight pro again.

My poor old back is somewhat unhappy about doing deads again, and Saturday will be the day inbetween Squats and Deads.

So yeah I'll probably do it regardless.


Treadmil though.....how long has sherdog been down wih the gays (nothing wrong with that mind you).

I might give it a go as well with 1k rows in between- Now that would ruin your day.

Did 3 sets of 8 bw pull ups

3 sets of floor wipers with 50.
12, 15, 20. Not done them before so interesting.

Did a working set of 6 rep @ 32kg one armed DB swings. Grip was going as yesterday went climbing.


24th should have been run burpee day. Didn't happen due to climbing and watching the boys fight, so ran outta time.

Going for a hill run this evening.

edit- 5 mile in the vibrams up and down dale near base.
Managed 38 minutes which is pretty slow, however it was very much not flat.

I've just come back from a all you can eat chinese.

I think I feel queezy thinking about it.

Last year (shit, time flies) I was doing 500m row sprints, proper push up tick jump burpees and DB swings and clean and presses.
Rest was HR to 120.


God I hated those.
