Cardio
Slow 4.8 mile run. Average hr was 135 during a mainly trail run.

As of 17/1/18 I signed us up for a 10k,1/2 marathon, full marathon on trails.
So will be trying to run a bit more often.

Did a mile walk up conic hill.....but snow drove us down before reaching the top. Weather was heavy snow.

4.7 mile average hr 147bpm
Average pace was 10.04 min mile as tbh I was feeling a bit tired, with sore back still from Friday I think.

Got deadlifts tomorrow so didn't want to push too hard but still have to train for the 10k etc later in the year.

The combination of the DL and row killed me off. Did mean to try and get sets of 195 achieved but no.

Looking at 200kg DL on Friday for 5 to get it in before my birthday the following day

Went a bit heavier then I intended due to someone next to me making a scene bouncing 150kg for 3 reps with a belt on. He ended up doing 3 singles at 170 while i was just chilling on it.

Then had to run home. Only did 3.85 miles in 35 min. HR was pretty low, average 147 bpm. Wasn't really bothered as just ticked over.

The HR for the last minute on sets 2 and 3 were at above 170 bpm.
Intentions were for a 4th set when I started, but forearms fatiqued and really feeling it by set 3.

edit- xx's indicate something I will update later as need to upload information to gain proper data. If I recall correctly though, my HR dropped from 170ish to 125 in 1 min 35 between rep 2 and 3 (or 3 and rest).

Definitely feeling fatiqued. As of writing this (9th Feb) intentions are do go for a 2 mile run and do 4-5 hill sprints. I was looking at going for a hill walk tomorrow and having Sunday completely off as feeling overall meh. I might get home after work and reconsider today and hill sprints as legs are feeling fatiqued and I'm generally feeling tired. I could push through and get a coffee in me, but in the last 11 days, I've DL'd 3 times (setting two 'recent' PBs), squat twice (I think-again recent pbs as well), set PBs on rowing twice and started sprint row work, along with cycling too and from work 4/5 times and run home twice.

As theorised, legs tired.
Weather was nice so went for a hill walk with load with the wife instead
