Rumored Ian Garry vs Belal Muhammad - UFC 322: MSG

May be become the most boring fight of all time considering their styles..

You guys into it?!

Not buying it.

Dana isn’t going to risk Garry’s image by having him lost to the most boring fight on the roster.

Additionally, I think belal is going to have a hard time finding opponents.

Already starting to forget about Shavkat.

Fucking Buckley is going to flush every one of these blokes !

That's the thing, he's been gone for almost 3 years..

I know he's hyped, but does he still deserve an immediate title shot?

He hasn’t even been gone 6 months Bro.

But he has pulled out of a fight and was not impressive at all against Gary

that better not be a main event if its at MSG

Look at all the mongs still clinging on to their 'hurr BeLOL is boring hurr' virtue signal to gain internet approval from other mongs.

There was nothing wrong with any of the JDM, Leon or Brady fights and that's 3 of the last 4 (I can't remember if I have even seen the Burns fight, so I presume that one did suck).

WAR IAN GARRY!

But yeah, I have no use for Belal. I wish Ian was fighting 18-0 Morales.

Challenger for what? He's never getting the belt back buddy.

Read my full post, dont think you're understanding what I said.

Belal could beat Garry and you lose a fresh challenger for title in Garry even if he's not like he's atleast an interesting new challenger and if he loses what do you gain? Its Belal who nobody likes and isnt gonna be in running for another title shot so you've knocked off a new contender for basically nothing. Thats why atleast Brady/Garry you guarantee fresh contender and if its Brady/SHavkat next then Garry vs BUckley/Usman winnner would also be a good one. Yes could end up with Usman beating Buckley and Garry but Usman is a more celebrated former champ, bigger name and isnt hated like Belal.

Point is keeping Belal away from hurting the div further by beating fresh title challengers.

I disagree. I get the meme to hate on Belal, but if they can't beat Belal, they don't deserve to challenge for the belt, simple as. He's the Fitch test of this generation. Brady's loss to Belal improved him more than a win would have, he wasn't ready for a title shot then but he sure as shit looks ready for one now. Lost to Belal but still headlining FN cards and a step away from headlining a PPV, he's doin alright.

A prospect beating a former champion means more for them experience-wise than beating another prospect, especially when it's a champion who is still hungry fresh off a loss, capable of beating top fighters like Belal compared to someone skidding like kneeless Usman.

Prospect vs prospect fights should be avoided outside of title eliminators for the most part for the longevity of the roster and towards those matchups as future marquee fights.
