I think Strickland can beat Khamzat

Strickland has a very good chance at beating Khamzat if he just survives the first round Onslaught and makes it to round 2 he will start to piece him up and it will be a long night for Khamzat

I've also heard of guys talk about how hard it is to take Strickland down I think he has underrated TDD

Congrats on being absolutely delusional I guess?

Strickland doesn't have anything even resembling enough grappling prowess to compete with Chimaev.

Khamzat will submit SS in the first round.
I have never seen Usman get dominated like that on the ground.

SS doesn’t have the wrestling or bjj to stop that..

SS hasn’t fought or beat any grapplers that are going to come after him
the way Khamzat does.

After the Usman fight I think any top 10 welterweight can beat Khamzat. He looked sloppy and weak after the first.

Khamzats gas tank is suspect
Change of opponent to a wrestler who is infinitely more difficult to take / keep down Is a big factor in that.

Another is the body triangle he held for way too long. That will drain you fast.

I don't see an issue of cardio, the amount of energy he was putting into the wrestling/ grappling was absurd.

It's just a matter of pacing and preparation.

Very different thing when you're actually training for a 5 round fight, rather than a sprint for 3.

The dynamics also change when youve got a guy like Strickland who can push the pace for 5 rounds. Those 5 min rounds start feeling like 10 mins.
