PB, go back through the thread and read the questions people have asked of you. Don't make people pry teeth and then get mad when they don't give an answer. Since you are a beginner why dont you try Urbans workout for beginners. It is def worth a shot and looks a heck of alot better than your current program.
 
badminton..thats crazy talk, replace that shit with some pingpong or parcheesi.
